Shipping & Returns
All US orders will be shipped and delivered via United States Postal Service (USPS) as Priority Mail. Priority Mail orders are processed and shipped within 1-4 business days, depending on the destination. Orders typically ship the same or the following business day (excluding Holidays). We provide each customer with a tracking link for all shipments to allow you to follow your order status online. delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed due to possible delays at the post office outside of our control. If you experience shipping delays, please first contact your local USPS office with your tracking number. If that does not resolve your issue, email email@example.com with your order number and we can look into your order.
We are not liable for items lost or stolen in the delivery process and upon delivery of merchandise.
Of course, we want you to love your new fanny pack as much as we do. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund. When returning your item(s), please include your invoice number and make sure that your return is in compliance with the policy below:
- All return items must be received by The Retro Bag Shop Returns Department within 14 days from the date purchased in order to be eligible for a refund
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The Retro Bag Shop reserves the right to deny any items that do not meet our policy requirements
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, refunds will be credited back to your original form of payment and will post approximately 3-10 days after the date of processing
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
Bags returned that are not in compliance with our return policy will be refused.
The Retro Bag Shop reserves the right to determine eligibility for returns and to update this policy at any time.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your bag for the same item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and follow the return instructions above.
Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders and refunds will not be issued to cover the difference. Please double check to ensure any codes are entered and applied at checkout before completing your purchase.
